We aim to deliver your SleepEZ products quickly and reliably.

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days

Orders placed before 11:00 AM Sydney time often ship the same business day 

Tracking is provided for all deliveries

Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays

Some multi-item orders may ship separately

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout — once shipped, we cannot change it.
If a parcel becomes delayed or lost, we’ll assist in contacting the carrier.

  • Shipped from our Sydney warehouse

  • Delivery typically 4–12 business days

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on item size and weight

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • Shipped from our international fulfilment centres (location varies by item and availability)

  • Delivery generally 3–8 business days

  • Economy and Standard tracked services available

  • Free shipping once your order meets the required checkout minimum

🇺🇸 United States

  • Shipped from our international fulfilment centres closest to your delivery location

  • Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are shown at checkout

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Shipped from our international fulfilment centres depending on product location and stock

  • Delivery times and shipping charges are displayed at checkout

Delivery Instructions

You may provide delivery notes during checkout.
SleepEZ is not liable for:

  • Parcels lost or stolen after delivery

  • Delivery delays due to incorrect address information

But we will help you liaise with the carrier whenever possible

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:
