 How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter? 

To unsubscribe from email, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email and follow the instructions.

To unsubscribe from SMS, send a reply to the message 'STOP'.

Alternatively, please send an email to support@sleepez.com.au with your name, email address or mobile number, and we will remove you from our mailing list.

Can I purchase your products from Amazon or any retail stores? 

We only offer our products through our website to keep things super-duper exclusive. We don’t offer our products in retail stores yet, but we’re working on it for the near future. Sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop.

How do I stock your products at my store?

Use of Comments, Photos and Videos Submission:
We love seeing your posts, photos and videos using SleepEZ's products. By submitting or uploading your story, reel, comment, photo, or video ("Your Content") on our wall, page, social media account, email address or hashtag, you automatically grant SleepEZ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, publish, and otherwise reproduce, modify and distribute such Materials, on the User-Generated websites and in any and in all of SleepEZ related media for any lawful purpose with or without your name or your minor children's name. These uses may include, but are not limited to, information, education, promotion, or advertising of SleepEZ or its products via the internet, websites, mobile apps, and social media. Please do not upload or post any photos of videos other than your own unless you have the owner's permission. If individuals other than you appear in the photo or video, you must have permission to use the photo or video from the individual (or their parent's or legal guardian's permission if a minor).

What are your payment methods?

We accept payment in a variety of forms, including cryptocurrency, Afterpay, Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.

How do I use your discount codes?

It’s E-A-S-Y, EASY.

Depending on whether your purchase is a single / bundled offer please complete the following:

For a bundled offer, please use the cart section to apply the discount, for a single item, use the checkout section to add in the code.

Please note: only one discount code will work at a time, if there are multiple codes, the one with the largest discount will be applied on the order.

Why does my discount code not work? 

Our coupon might not be working for a few reasons:

  • It’s expired.
  • You haven’t hit the minimum order requirements (eg, order value).
  • It’s a single-use coupon, and someone has beat you to it.
  • You’re using multiple coupons. (only one discount will apply at a time)

If none of these apply to you, please send a request to our team at support@sleepez.com.au.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to my order after ordering?  

We’re lightning fast when it comes to processing your order. So, if we’ve already shipped your order, it might be too late. The best thing to do is get in touch with us as soon as possible through our contact page, and we’ll see what we can do.

When will my order be shipped? 

Your order will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within one to two business days of placing your order. Your SleepEZ product will be shipped using your preferred method and will usually take:

  • 2-7 business days (standard shipping); and
  • 1-4 business days (express shipping).

How do I track my order?

We’ll send you tracking deets when you order. The tracking number can be used with your shipping carrier to receive shipping updates.

What is your policy on late deliveries?

Unfortunately, as you’ve probably experienced, sometimes things go wrong when it comes to deliveries. We can’t guarantee that you’ll receive your order by a particular date, but we’ll do our very best to make sure it arrives on time. If you think your order should’ve arrived by now, please reach out to our team at support@sleepez.com.au.

How long does it take to process an order? 

Your order will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within one to two business days of placing your order.

Do you ship to other countries besides Australia? 

We’re only shipping to Aussie customers at the moment, but we’re exploring global expansion soon. Register for our newsletter or follow us on socials to stay in the loop.

What's your return policy? 

We’re confident that SleepEZ will improve your sleep. It’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, except in limited circumstances.

If SleepEZ doesn’t meet your needs for whatever reason, you’ll be covered—just reach out to our team at support@sleepez.com.au  with the details, and we’ll get it sorted.  

Our customer support wizard will give you a return label (just pay postage), and we’ll organise a refund of the product cost. So you only need to make sure that your product is returned in good condition, including everything in the box and the packaging.

What's your warranty policy? 

SleepEZ offers a six-month warranty period for all our products. So, in the improbable event that you encounter a manufacturing defect, let us know within six months of purchase, and we'll swap you for a new one—free of charge.

Please reach out to our team using our contact page with any issues. (We might need some evidence of the defect, so providing photos is always helpful.) Our sleep technicians will be in touch to try and resolve your issue. If we can't, we'll exchange yours for the same thing or an equivalent product.

Is it really made for all types of sleepers? (Back, side and belly) 

Yes! It sure is. Our sleep engineers have crafted the perfect sleep sidekick for all types of sleepers. So whether you're a side, belly, or back sleeper, you'll always sleep in comfort.

Is my mask machine washable? 

Absolutely! Before putting the mask in the wash, you must remove the control panel and headphones—electronics and water are not a good combo. Don’t bleach the mask, and always air dry it, too.

Does it fall off during sleep?

It depends on how active you are while you sleep. It's improbable the SleepEZ mask will fall off thanks to the flexible velcro straps. The flexy, one-size-fits-all will make sure the mask stays snug against your face.

Hows the quality of the product?

The last thing you need from a sleep mask is for it to fall apart. SleepEZ uses high-quality materials to ensure our masks are long-lasting and durable. In addition, our production facility quality checks each and every mask to ensure that the threading and fabric have been woven together perfectly.

What's your mask made from?

We use a range of fabrics and materials to produce SleepEZ Masks to ensure they feel ultra-soft, airy, and breathable.

The exterior is a plush fabric created from a combination of cotton and chinlon to give it that premium feel. And the inner mask is a mix of foam, spandex, and polyester to create a layer that cushions your face.

Will your mask put pressure on my face?

The mask rests very softly on your face, and you won’t feel any discomfort or added pressure when you have it on.
